Welcome to UNHINGED

This is where we will post the outrageous quotes and actions of the truly unhinged Americans. While the postings you will see in this section are not necessarily limited to a particular political party, to any particular politicians, or to a particular media outlet, you may find a common thread in the sources cited.

Climate hysteria

When President Trump announced his intention to withdraw the United States from the Paris Climate Accord, the response from the Left was predictable. Never mind that the accord was non-binding, had no enforcement mechanisms, and would actually have little to no effect on climate. Here are a few "unhinged" examples from the climate change fanatics:

"If Donald Trump pulls the United States out of the Paris Agreement he will be committing a traitorous act of war against the American people." —billionaire climate activist Tom Steyer.

"If this is true he will have the death of whole nations on his hands. People will be looking to the USA for retribution for what they loose [sic]." —actor Mark Ruffalo on Trump's Paris decision

"Despicable. Praying this is another twisted trial balloon to see if enough people are willing to kill the planet for profit." —actor Morgan Freeman on Trump's Paris decision

Whaaat?

Comedian Kathy Griffin will explain the reasoning behind her controversial photo shoot of her holding a beheaded President Trump and address "bullying" by the Trump family on Friday.

The effect of the proposed Trump budget

Former CBS anchor Dan Rather posted the following to Facebook:

"Rather than investing in what will truly make America great, this philosophy pounds its chest with false bravado," he wrote in a Facebook note. "People will die because of this budget. People will suffer. Diseases will spread, and cures will not be found ... our nation will be much darker and more dangerous."

You are trash

November 11, 2016: On his public Facebook page, George Mason University's Senior Assistant Director of Admissions Andrew Bunting claimed he is fearful of Donald Trump’s presidency because the National Organization for Marriage (NOM), a group that believes in traditional marriage, said it is hopeful for Trump’s presidency.

Bunting stated NOM’s views are “not representative of the key pillars of American society.” He then added, “If you agree with them then that is your opinion. Just know that to the rest of us, you are a piece of worthless trash”:

Now that is a good example of liberal tolerance, isn't it?

Trump supporters not welcome here

Matthew Blanchfield, CEO of 1st In SEO, a search engine optimization company, has established a code of business that states his company will openly practice discrimination and xenophobia.

Blanchfield's position states: "If you are a Republican, voted for Donald Trump or support Donald Trump, in any manner, you are not welcome at 1st In SEO and we ask you to leave our firm. To our Democrat and Progressive clients, we want to recommit to you that we will continue to work diligently to improve your internet marketing results in this quickly changing world."

Divine or insane?

"I am telling you if there is a God, when I get to heaven I'm not stopping to be interviewed. I am heading straight in. I have earned my place in heaven. It's not even close." ~Michael Bloomberg, Former Mayor of New York City

Accessibility

November 16, 2016 NBC News: "In a highly unusual move, President-elect Donald Trump on Tuesday night left his Manhattan residence without notifying the reporters covering him or giving any indication of where he was going...

Trump spokeswoman Hope Hicks later told NBC News. 'He is having dinner with his family.'

With his Tuesday night actions, the Trump Administration is shaping up to be the least accessible to the public and the press in modern history."

REALLY? Get over yourself NBC!

What you deserve

August 17, 2016:  As printed in the Cleveland newspaper, The Plain Dealer: "Today -- working people making history, taking back the power to decide what they deserve." Samara Knight, a Raise Up Cleveland organizer, talking about their efforts to raise the minimum wage to $15.00 per hour.

The power to decide what they deserve? Isn't that something that you have to earn? I think I will decide that I deserve to be a millionaire.
