In a civil society, one should be able to expect that institutions that have been established to support that society and contribute to its future stability and security would make efforts to execute those purposes. What are we seeing today from these institutions? Also, what are we seeing from organizations that promote themselves as serving "social justice"?
In this next meeting, we will review a collection of news stories, opinion pieces, videos, organizational position papers, and general conversations about what is going on in the world today that makes the future look verrrry interrrrresting (to quote Laugh-In, if you remember that).
You will laugh, you will cry, you will rage, and you will wonder, "What the ...?"
